Pharmacy Weight Loss Liverpool is a GPhC registered online pharmacy operating in Liverpool, United Kingdom. We provide clinically supervised weight loss treatments to eligible patients. Our services are regulated in accordance with UK pharmacy law and General Pharmaceutical Council standards.

We reserve the right to decline treatment if, in the clinical judgement of our pharmacist or prescriber, it is not appropriate or safe for you. Providing false or misleading information during consultation may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
All prescription weight loss treatments are issued only following a thorough online consultation. A valid prescription must be obtained before any prescription-only medicine (POM) is dispensed.
Our prescribers reserve the right to decline or withdraw a prescription at any time if it is deemed clinically inappropriate. Prescriptions issued through our service are intended solely for the named patient and must not be shared with others.
It is your responsibility to disclose all current medications, medical conditions, and allergies accurately. Failure to do so may result in serious harm for which Pharmacy Weight Loss Liverpool cannot be held liable.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards through our secure payment processor. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We do not store full payment card details. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred.
Approved orders are dispatched within one working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is to UK addresses only. We use tracked and discreet packaging to protect your privacy.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays. Pharmacy Weight Loss Liverpool is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once an order has been dispatched.
If your order has not arrived within five working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate promptly.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist for a full refund. Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines under UK law, except where items are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Non-prescription products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original, unopened condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving returned goods.
